This page explains what data we collect, how we use it and the choices you have, whether you are visiting this website or receiving a call, email, WhatsApp or Telegram message from a broker we work with.
Effective 29 September 2026URADV builds AI voice agents and multichannel follow up systems for fintech companies and forex brokers. We are based in the United Arab Emirates and operate under the name URADV. If you have a question about this policy or about data we hold, write to us at hello@uradv.com.
When you fill in the contact form or the demo request form on uradv.com, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company, work email, phone number and company website. We use this information to reply to your message and, if you request a demo, to place the demo call you asked for and to show you how our agents perform for a business like yours.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a form submission comes from a real person rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical signals from your browser for this purpose, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
We do not sell the information collected through this website, and we do not use it for advertising targeted at you personally.
Separately from this website, URADV operates outbound and inbound client communication for the brokers we work with, including voice calls, email, WhatsApp messages and Telegram messages. For that work, the broker is the party who decides what is sent, to whom and why, and URADV acts only as the service provider carrying out those instructions.
Data handled this way, such as a client's name, phone number, email address, account status and call outcome, is used only to deliver the specific service that broker configured, for example a registration follow up call, a KYC reminder or an account reactivation offer. We do not combine this data across brokers, and we do not sell it to any third party.
Anyone who receives a message from us on behalf of a broker can stop future messages at any time. For WhatsApp and Telegram, reply STOP or ask the agent directly. For email, use the unsubscribe link included in the message. Requests to stop are honoured promptly and recorded so they are not sent again.
URADV uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to send and receive messages on behalf of our broker clients. To deliver those messages we process the recipient's phone number and the content of the conversation. Meta processes this same data under its own privacy policy, available at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy policy. You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP or by blocking the number in your own WhatsApp app.
Where permitted and disclosed at the start of a call, we record and transcribe voice calls placed on behalf of our broker clients. Recordings and transcripts are used to score the conversation, confirm what was said, route follow up correctly and improve the quality of our agents. Access to recordings and transcripts is limited to authorised URADV staff and the automated systems that directly support this service.
Recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest and are kept for no longer than twelve months from the date of the call, unless a broker's own contract with us requires a different retention period or we are required to keep a record for longer by law.
To run these services we rely on a small number of specialist providers, none of whom are permitted to use your data for their own purposes. These providers fall into general categories rather than a public list of vendor names, and include cloud hosting and database infrastructure, telephony and messaging carriers, transactional email delivery, and AI systems used to transcribe and analyse call content. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its specific function.
You can ask us at any time to:
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@uradv.com with your name and, if relevant, the broker whose service you interacted with, so we can locate your data quickly. If your data is held by a broker for whom we act as a processor, we will forward your request to that broker where required and support them in responding.
We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will note it here rather than making silent edits.
